“I started working with Izzy from Body In Bloom at around 7 months post partum. After doing months of workouts at home on my own, I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Izzy totally understood what I wanted to achieve and put into place a fitness plan to help strengthen my core, whilst rebuilding upper and lower body muscle. She has really helped me to hone my technique, as well as challenged me to push myself and introduced new exercises. She's also lovely and understands the time constraints of being a busy mum, which goes a long way!

“I am so glad I found Izzy! Being able to work out not in a huge gym with lots of people was perfect for me, especially after having two babies and not feeling very confident. She is so knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly and really listened to what I wanted and put that into each session. The equipment is extensive too.
